Viora — Beta License Agreement Copyright (c) 2026 Azimjon Mahmudov. All rights reserved. This software is proprietary. It is not open source, and no rights are granted except those stated below. 1. BETA LICENSE During the beta period you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use this software on computers you own or control, including for commercial video work you produce. The beta is provided free of charge. The software is expected to become a paid product; this license does not entitle you to future versions or to continued free use once the beta ends. 2. RESTRICTIONS You may not: a. redistribute, publish, share, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise make the software available to any third party, in whole or in part; b. copy the software except as needed to install and back it up; c. modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from it; d. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction; e. remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice; f. use it to build or assist in building a competing product. 3. OWNERSHIP The software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the software remain with the copyright holder. 4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS The software runs alongside, and depends on, third-party software that is licensed separately and is not covered by this agreement — including Adobe After Effects, the Claude Code CLI, Node.js and its packages, Python and its packages, and ffmpeg. You are responsible for holding valid licenses and subscriptions for those. Your use of Anthropic's services through the Claude CLI is governed by Anthropic's own terms, not this agreement. The software also redistributes third-party material under its own license: the Material Icons codepoint list, from Google's Material Design Icons, under the Apache License 2.0. See the NOTICE file distributed with the software. 5. FEEDBACK If you send feedback, bug reports or suggestions, the copyright holder may use them without restriction or obligation to you. Diagnostic reports are generated locally and sent only if you choose to send them. 6. NO WARRANTY THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THIS IS BETA SOFTWARE AND MAY CONTAIN DEFECTS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF ANY PROJECT YOU USE IT WITH. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF WORK. 8. TERMINATION This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms, and may be terminated by the copyright holder at the end of the beta period. On termination you must stop using the software and delete all copies.
